Turn in your registration form and fee to the representative at your church. |

To receive the pre-registration rate, be sure to turn in your forms and money to your church by April 27th. |

| If you are unable to register through a supporting church: |

Send your registration form and fee to the address listed below. |
• |
To receive the pre-registration rate, be sure to have your forms and money post-marked by April 29th. A $3.00 canteen card will also be given to all who pre-register. |

| If you are not attending with a camp affiliated church, please call or email the camp and a registration form will be sent to you. |

Important Note:
The registration form and registration fee must be postmarked or turned in to a camp-affiliated church by April 27th!
